šŸ Fall Equinox GatheringšŸ

Mt. Shasta

September 20–24, 2026

In the spring, we gathered in Sedona with the energy of the seed—new life stirring, possibilities opening, and something quietly being planted.

Now, as we arrive at the Fall Equinox, we gather at Mt. Shasta in the energy of the harvest.

Not only to recognize what has grown, but to be present with what has ripened within us, what is ready to be gathered, and what may now be shared.

For a few gentle days, we’ll slow down together and allow each day to unfold naturally.

There is no itinerary to complete.

No workshop to attend.

We’ll visit beautiful places around the mountain as they call to us in the moment, keeping our activities gentle and accessible for everyone in our group.

We’ll share breathwork, yoga, qigong, playful exploration with sound, amazing conversations, shared meals, laughter, rest, and plenty of room simply to be together.

More than anything, we ask only for your presence.

If you are feeling called to join us, please let us know—and also let us know whether you’ll be flying into Redding Regional Airport.

Airport pickup: September 20

Airport drop-off: September 24

Once we know who is joining us, we’ll arrange lodging and coordinate the details together.

Shared costs: lodging, food, gas, and any activity or admission fees.

Everything else is offered by donation.

Spring invited the seed.

Fall welcomes the harvest.

And somewhere between the two, life has quietly become something new.

We would love to share these days with you.

Please reach out if any resonance to join as we play in Shasta's amazing energy and explore why we are all gathering there together during this Equinox event.
