Delete Your Account

If you would like your Lumasphere account permanently deleted, you may request deletion at any time.

To submit a request, use the contact form below and write  Account Deletion as the subject, or email us at lumasphereworld@gmail.com

What is deleted

When your deletion request is processed, we permanently delete your account, including:

• Your profile/tone card details

• Authentication information

• Shared Weather Observations associated with your account

• Saved application settings

• Any other personal information associated with your account

Once deletion is complete, this information cannot be recovered.

What may be retained

Some limited information may be retained when required for:

• legal obligations

• fraud prevention

• security investigations

• backup recovery processes

Any retained information is kept only as long as required by applicable law or operational necessity.

Processing Time

Deletion requests are completed within 30 days.

How to Request Deletion

Use the form below or email us with:

• the email address associated with your Lumasphere account

• the subject Account Deletion

• In the Lumasphere app, you can select Account Deletion from the menu and it will delete your account automatically.
