Parasites
So yesterday the idea of doing a parasite cleanse (wormwood, etc.) was shared into my field as something that may be beneficial for my energetic system.
Then today I come across a post about parasitic grid overlays being removed / collapsing so the real realm can be seen.
Now personally…
I don’t feel that I have parasites physically.
And I haven’t experienced anything like “energetic parasites” for over a year—especially since learning energetic management and no longer handing my power outward.
So it raised a real question for me:
What is actually being noticed here?
When I looked up “parasitic overlay grids,” it pointed to something interesting in a technical sense:
A grid structure superimposed over a system
to organize, align, measure, or interpret it.
Not something alive.
Not something feeding.
Just a layer of structure applied over something else.
And that started to land differently.
Because what’s been coming up over the last couple days feels more like this:
* a sense of overlay loosening
* perception feeling less filtered / less structured
* familiar interpretation layers not sticking the same way
* a kind of “decompression” of how reality has been organized
And that can feel like:
* something being removed
* something clearing
* something that “doesn’t belong” dropping away
But this is where the language matters.
Because “parasitic grid” starts to introduce:
* something external
* something feeding off you
* something that needs to be removed
And that subtly creates:
a problem structure
a threat model
a sense that something is acting on you
That’s not actually necessary to describe what’s happening.
Instead of:
“parasitic overlay being removed”
It feels more like:
interpretive structure relaxing
or
the way perception organizes itself becoming less rigid
Because if I really look at it…
It’s more like perception has been operating with a kind of organizing grid.
Not imposed from outside,
but simply the way experience has been structured and interpreted.
That grid:
* links things
* creates continuity
* stabilizes meaning
* gives the sense of “this is how reality works”
And that grid can loosen.
When it does:
* things feel less fixed
* patterns don’t hold the same way
* identity feels lighter
* meaning isn’t as “locked in”
Which can feel like:
something is being removed
But nothing is actually being “taken out.”
There’s no parasite.
No external layer feeding on you.
There is just:
less structure being applied to what appears
And that can feel intense…
Because that structure has been:
* how coherence was maintained
* how stability was felt
* how reality “made sense”
So when it loosens:
the mind tries to explain it
and often reaches for dramatic language—
parasites
grids
interference
But what may actually be happening is simpler:
* a release of patterning
* a softening of interpretive continuity
* a lessening of automatic linking / meaning-making
Not:
something being removed from you
But:
less being added on top of what is already here
And over the last couple days, that’s exactly what’s been noticeable:
* less structure holding things together
* less automatic meaning being applied
* more openness in how things appear
So instead of:
“this is happening to me”
or
“this is showing me something”
It becomes:
this is being noticed because it’s already here
And that removes:
* external cause
* hidden system
* anything acting on you
And leaves:
clarity… without needing a story around it
