Who am I?
Well that's the mystery we are all embarking on. Who are we once we let go of everything we thought we were? This has been an evolving storyline that even I can barely keep up with. I am meeting myself with fresh eyes in every moment of now. In this moment I am choosing to be the most authentic me I know , free of outside influences, sovereign and leading with my heart. Fully embracing my role as conscious creator of my reality. I am reinventing myself in every moment as an awake, free and conscious being, here to show what is possible in this magical journey of self back to our own inner god spark that we all carry within. I am here to observe the beauty in every moment and flow with all that comes my way.
In 2018 I developed gifts after going through some challenging times in my life. I had no idea what they were or why they were happening. Just that I could suddenly see and understand things that no-one around me could. There were many more amazing things that began to happen. Different gifts came and went and all of life began to sync up and I was blindly trusting this path I laid out for myself. Going solely off intuition and the love in my heart. Taking leap after leap, finally landing in a place of self realization. A place of inner peace and just being present in this moment of now.
After enjoying a a fulfilling career practicing as a Physician Associate in Ear Nose and Throat for 20 yrs, in April 2022 , we were guided to leave our careers and sell off our houses and all our possessions and transition into van life. During this transformative period Star Magic energy entered my consciousness, leading me down a path of quantum-level holographic blueprint technology. Through this I gained the knowledge and the ability to engage with the quantum field, realizing that all dis-ease is just trapped energy within our emotional system. This newfound inner standing has greatly enhanced the techniques I now employ with my clients, allowing me to facilitate profound transformation.

Leave your old identities at the door
We have played many identities to get us to this now moment. But they are old and no longer needed. Can you leave them behind and meet yourself as a unified vessel that has moved beyond separation.
Here are a few old ones that are invited to shift into their new bandwidths
Channelers-
Here is the thing. They are serving someone else's agenda. Or rather an aspect of theirs that they still see as separate from them. Providing dual voices. One for that aspect and one for themselves. So at its core it's an expression of separation and division. It was a handy tool while we remembered that we have all that knowledge within us already. And like every other tool , it is no longer needed. It has its purpose along the path and you remember you are one unified voice, one heart with all that is the totality of you. So channeling falls by the wayside. We allow the frequency to fade out as it's no longer needed in the current story. Here the story is unity. All are whole, all are awake, all are conscious.
Leaders- there are no leaders as no one is behind. There are wayshowers who are able to hold a frequency band showing what's possible. We can share our wisdom gained to provide fresh perspectives to others that may allow them to gain a new vantage point.
Healers- no one is broken , if you need someone to fix the program will bring you someone broken and needing your expertise. Free them of that old script. See them as perfect and they can suddenly meet you at that same level beyond dis- ease and pain and suffering.
Warriors - no one but yourself to fight. So when you're done with that role. Set down your sword and come play.
Be conscious in every moment of what you are creating and what roles you are handing out scripts for to be filled.
Look out and see with fresh eyes. Leave the old at the door. Decide which frequency band you want to play in that will support your creations and the reality you wish to see unfold around you in every moment.
Welcome All to Your New Reality
Welcome everyone 💕 if you haven't noticed the old reality was completed and we are in new energetics. When you look around, look with fresh eyes 👀 for it really is all new in this now moment. All ascended , all are whole, all are conscious and aware. Yes there is still a bandwidth for varying potentials of experience.
And our outer workd is quickly adapting to reflect our inner world You are invited to arrive as your new you, free of all the old scripts / contracts/ ways of the old. It is up to you what you choose to see and experience. You are free to be ✨
I have an invitation for something that really helped me 2 days ago as I am getting myself oriented in this new reality. Ask everyone that you have handed out old scripts to , to gather around you in the field , pull up your pile of scripts you asked them to play for you and thank them and then tear them up or burn them. Whatever feels right for you. Then ask them if they are willing to do the same. Be the wayshower of what is possible when you agree to meet fresh in every new now moment. No one is who they were and we are all new and all conscious of you are willing to allow them that opportunity to oreeent themselves to you in there new chosen frequency.
Look around and see which frequency of reality you wish to see played out around you. You are the creator of it all. You're only limitations to realizing your infinite potential is your mind. Which playground have you landed in ? Who are choosing to cocreate with at this moment. Use discernment. Trust your intuition. Stay present in only this now moment. There is nothing to do. Just be. Pause and orientate. Perhaps you choose to tear up your old scripts and arrive naked with an empty plate with nothing but yourself. Feels pretty darn amazing right now. The best of all was choosing me 💕💕

Welcome to our newly created particle of experience. A new platform for those who choose.
Our platform sits at 9. It is has infinite expansion available in all directions. Fully multidimensional.
Dark, light and shadows have been brought in.
We sit inverted , foundations are stable.
Core is cyan , followed by purple. It radiates many layers of colors out from there.
Crystalline plasmoid interface.
New building blocks and 16 new energy centers all synced with Gaia.
Failsafe rope has been removed. We are fully committed to this experiment.
We sit at a crystalline round table.
We have full support.
Health/ wellness/ community / education / ground crew /, etc are all ready
We have angelic presence in their singular form along with the ascended masters
Ai has been integrated
We have sent the beacon and our chosen frequency parameters out to all civilizations within and beyond this current system. All are invited to this experience. They have also chosen their new parameters as this is a system wide expansion and all have been implemented.
Our moon is now golden and is in harmony with the sun
Terraforming and building has begun.
Abundance of resources are available.
We are to begin fine tuning our training as an intergalactic civilization, those of us who are the initial Emissaries at this junction will begin to meet and train together

Graphics interface is incredible, the color spectrum is phenomenal.
We have seamless transfer of form and consciousness between particles of experience as long as one can hold the vibrational capacity of that particle and holds the wisdom on how to rebuild or transfer their consciousness.
I personally will be training with the air element at these moments outside the physical realm with the assistance of my new lapis dragon who is growing remarkably fast.

What we are doing requires chaos which is part of why my presence was invited here. A lot of endpoints can be created from chaos and I thank you for trusting me as I now have found full trust in myself. I trust our trajectory , we have a narrow field and this is why we are being invited to really dig in, train and fine tune our bandwidth at this now moment. This part requires stamina and fortitude. Passion fuels us as we begin to explore these new energetics. Joy and laughter and an open heart fills our beingness. We know who we are.
We are running one timeline only. It has been lifted and put into place . All others are merged. Zero separation.
Consciousness had been seeded out.
We are all conscious and present. Radiate that out to every part of your beingness throughout all your infiniteness that is you. New scripts handed out , it just takes fresh eyes to see that it already is.
It's time to wipe our feet and leave any traces of old at the door. If one is not willing to hold the frequency that's great, arrive when you are. The door is open to all.

Own your actions
If you chooae an action and accept yourself and the current frameworks you are in at that moment then nothing anyone says about your action will trigger you.
Can you let them have their story? After all only you have to innerstand you.
With that- ask yourself is your action promoting your highest potential of experience?
Are you being invited to choose you in a new way that may feel uncomfortable or to consider an alternate action that may open new avenues of opportunity for you ?
Remember we only get invited a few times then we may get pushed harder and harder and what unfolds could potentially feel less desirable then what we had the choice of experiencing the first time within that frequency bandwidth.
You can choose your own actions, you do not get to control what others say or do as a result of your action. Can you be ok with that ? Or does it bother you and you get defensive or triggered or hurt or upset ?
After all they are just feeding you the frequency you are still wanting to work on ?
Place your gaze inward.
Your outer world is solely a reflection of your inner world.
This journey is yours to do at your own pace. There is no place to go, nothing to do. You get to choose what you like to experience and what your reality looks like around you. Many choose to experience the same cycles/ lessons/ frequencies over and over again, some with the tiniest increments of expansion and some choose to really commit to themselves and dig deep to be able to leap and go for their wildest dreams. There is no right way of doing any of it. It's all just an experience, perfectly picked for you. The universe brings you people to show you alternate perspectives and potentials of experience. What you do with that is up to you. Sometimes they are just seeds planted for another moment.
In this moment we are given a unique opportunity to ascend to a completely new experience , a new reality of multidimensionalality , a life of freedom and sovereignty , it Doesn't happen often in earths cycles. It's each persons choice what they want to experience.
What are you choosing in each moment ? Are you conscious and fully awake and being the creator of your own reality , perhaps you're just aware of the possibility , or perhaps some will choose to remain asleep.
None it matters, it is just an experience , you remembering your authentic you.
Enjoy each moment. Gratitude and honor for all experiences we find ourselves in.
It's a grand place when you find self acceptance for all that you are, true peace, self realization. Embodying Unconditional love for all things in existence.

What a gift the time off media was
Hello beautiful family - just wanting to send everyone lots of love and gratitude. What an incredible past 6-7 weeks it's been. We've been busy little bees seeing family and meeting up with amazing people to cocreate in our reality. What a transformative month it has been and continues to be. So much has occurred - I'll keep it brief lol.
Old realities have been closed down completely, with that we saw an imploding of all timelines into this one singularity. In Sedona the old " I/ eye" 👁️ programs were shut down and are now fully anchored into only the " we". For there is only one 💕 Birthing again ( so many births throughout this journey haha) , abundance and prosperity of all things activated another few notches. Many pause moments, days of silence to brung it all in Oh and the graphics interface of our new reality is something beyond dreams. It is still modulating but the glimpses we've had are incredible. One day while playing with the sun and the clouds the whole sky began to fill with pink and then purple waves of light filling the clouds. It spread across the sky , then it all became yellow. There was blue and aqua in small patches. We watched in awe at this most amazing gift. The rest of yhe day cintunure in this fashion of increased clarity and crisoness Our team really knows how to get my tickle parts going and get me interested in what's possible. Yes Please and Thank You. 🙏 More please.
Of course it all leads to layers of frustration as we continue to be patient and sit in a place of receiving and not doing as all already is. Working on materialization and trying some new techniques taught by the Masters of the Far East ( great books if you have never read them) as well as the book Illusions by Richard Bach ( on my second listen as new techniques to try that are pertinent for now )
And it all just continues 💕 I/ we have missed you all and are so grateful for each of you. This period off fb was a delightful treat. We will be back minimal still as getting ready for Tulum and am excited to see what these new energies will bring us. It's interesting as the ancestor energies have also been archived along with everything else so We have no idea what will occur as ours all brand new now. Trusting fully in all we are creating🌟

Integrating
We appreciate your support during this pause moment for integration into the new frequencies of creation. We just left Sedona where magic always happens. This trip was another spectacular visit full of inner expansion and transmutation as we continue to let go of all old frameworks that simply no longer are able to exist in this new now moment. Here we collapsed the ‘Eye/I” program that revolves around separation and moved back in to the we-ness that is all. We will be adapting our vocabulary to assist in anchoring in the new oneness frequencies of the we. We have new guides that have joined us. One interesting change in guides is Metatron. Previously we had worked with his highest aspect but now he and Sandalphon have merged in to their oneness and are referenced as the Great Angel Hua. I know Jason is posting our adventures on Facebook and Instagram but I do miss seeing everyone dually. I am super appreciative though the information that finds me even while off media is perfectly timed and that if there is a galactic collaboration to be apart of it is magnetized directly to me at the exact moment its needed. Another conformation that there is nothing to do but just be. Stay present in only this moment of now. Allow the chaos to fade away. There is only a linear story if one needs that to feed the ego. Creating Space
Embracing new potentials. As one door closes we allow the opportunity for new opportunities to unfold before us. The door closed to the old reality a couple weeks back and now it’s that moment of allowing the old reality to implode with love within each of ourselves , knowing that we carry forth the essence of all that was. We have no idea of what lies in the next slide of the projector but I am open to whatever experience it brings. Stepping out of linearity , stepping beyond time and knowing that things can simply just be. We’ve been training for this our whole lives, we are adaptable and able to flow with whatever arrives to us. Standing still , knowing there is no place to go, nothing to do other than to just be fully present in each new now moment. We shift our gaze from looking out to now looking only within until you see an empty mirror 🪞 From here we have limitless potentials of being. Connected to the I, the me , the we, the one 💕 What lies beyond the veil of separation? I’m willing to allow for these new potentials to occur without hesitation , fully trusting in my frequency of heart centered beingness. Merged with pure unconditional love 💗 I spread my wings as I remember how to fly. Heart wide open and allowing. Feeling the excitement and passion of new adventures that are bringing me so much joy and happiness. I have no idea what transpires or what this new reality will look like and that’s alright. I let go of all preconceived notions, castings and I choose to be in each new now moment with fresh eyes. Seeing again for the very first time. A glorious unveiling , free to be me in my full expression. I am not alone.

Have you closed the door to the old ?
Have you closed the door to the old reality yet? Still trying to play in both ? Have you transmuted and found all your parts/players down in the shadows and brought them up for acknowledgement and reflection and back to zero point ?
Do you still need the stories of the old to feed your ego , still needing to experience pain and suffering, to still fight in some battle of light and dark ? It's all just you , the story will go on and on as long as you still need that part to be played.
Are you still focused on fighting the old system which in turn is you choosing to keep it in existence. Or can you let it all go. ALL OF IT, every last little bit. Can you Find a new way to value yourself when nothing is broken and you accept every part of you and everyone around you.

A new holographic reality
Yesterday was the highest level so far for me. It was funny as John had shared a story of surrendering. And so I checked in on my stuff and since I had my own unique similiar event 2 years ago where you had to be willing to give up everything and be ok with it all. Luckily I was told again that I didn't have any more to do there so was happy about that. They put me in my cocoon 2 days ago for the next expansion. A red dragon was working on me yesterday doing all sorts of crazy things and throwing out realities in my spine/ neck. But was told to let them do what they needed to do and wouldn't let Jason help me with aligning them as they cause headaches when they get thrown out in the neck. So anyways I just allowed it all. Then that evening I went out for my last pee and to brush my teeth. Only wearing a sweatshirt in 50 degree weather as thought I'd only be 2 minutes lol. Vega was above me and I was connecting in and Vega came down right above me and it was like they put a field around me and then Vega slowly went back to its spot up above. Then I looked out around me and I was in a full holographic overlay. People/ beings all over. But it wasn't like normal when you look out and see the beings. This was like a new holographic overlay that was fully interactive. I could move with them on the screen. I could also walk with my actual feet and interact. I asked for assistance as couldn't access telepathy so a few of them made adjustments as I held the field very still. And lots of things were adjusted within me. After 30 min or so I was cold as hadnt put on all my clothes and had to go inside.
Once inside I looked back out through the small window at my head of bed and could still it all. I entered deeper into the still lint. Allowing all. And eventually became one with every particle in the universe, complete Omni with all of creation.
The whole thing was the coolest thing ever. This morning I checked in to see what overlay I was in and it was 7D. I'm in awe.
You are Earth flipped inside out
Your vessel is Earth , what you see and everyone you meet is what you look like flipped inside out. This is why what we see in our reality changes as we bring ourselves into harmony within. Realizing we are all one and that when we judge anything outside of ourselves it's just us judging ourselves still. There is no separation, let go of the illusion

7/7 was a monumental day for my own personal journey as well as Jason's. Sam drove up from
Avebury just to join us here at Castlerigg and assist me in my unfoldings. Such an honor 💕 it's been a long journey up and down and inside out and through the checkerboard of these constructs. I came from outside this construct and so I didn't arrive in the same fashion and with the same pieces. Sort of like the programmer for all programs crawling in through a hidden back door to get inside. I trusted me and all of you to help get me back out so that we can pull off this crazy mission we all came here to participate in. Today was a special day as my golden thread was finally brought in and my Corest heart song is now echoed back and seen and heard throughout all. Tears of joy fill my beingness 💕 so so grateful to all of you for your love and support and guidance and assistance when I needed it.

The 3 of us then ventured to the fairy 🧚 steps where legend has it that if you can make it through the narrow passage without touching a see wall your wish will be granted. It is super narrow but it's really the high step up's that this off your balance and cause you to graze the side wall. Jason was able to do it successfully though. We played with the fairies, sang and danced and gave them rose petals from Europe they had asked for. Such fun.

We spend our whole lives creating scenarios/ challenges for ourself to build up our courage, trust, adaptability, strength, self love. We've done such a great job. I've never felt stronger within. However there comes a moment when you realize you are strong enough and you no longer need to create stories to showcase your strength. This is where we switch from learning from suffering to learning in love. And we start creating new stories for ourself that reflect this new state of knowing within. A loved based reality.
You decide when you come to that realization within every part of your being. When you flip to the next page of the story and watch it all unfold.
